Login Failed on app, yet logs in fine on the website?

Hi folks,

I have just signed up to another Spotify Premium account (Had to create a new one as my old one wouldnt log in either on the app - when setting up my Premium bundle with my mobile phone carrier) and it logs in online ok, but refuses to on my app.

I've deleted the app and reinstalled, rebooted the phone (iphone 6s) and changed the password online but still no joy. Im definitely entering my username not email and its not linked to my Facebook.

Any ideas?

Do you get a specific error message? Try to login to the Desktop app to see if you have success there.

I know you've done this, but go to the subscription page to check that your account gets Premium from your mobile provider (a message says there if that's the case or not):
