Login Issues

I have a Individual Premium Account.  At present on 30 days introductory offer.

 

Curently I am being frustrated by what appears to be the illogicality of the login process.  

 

All I am trying to do is login from my iPhone, my iPad, my iMac amd my MacBook Pro and stay logged in on all or at least be able to be logged in from any one or more than one when I wish to use Spotify.

 

Currently I am logged in to my iMac and when I try to log in to my iPhone and/or iMac I get the message

 

"Login Failed You've already created an account with this email address".  

 

I am not trying to set up a new account and I am using the Login button rather than the Sign Up button.  I also have no link to Spotify from Facebook.

 

I hope it is just my stupidity and the anser is an easy one.

Hi there!

 

Are you typing an email address into the username box?

Try logging in using your username rather than your email. If you can't remember it, you should be able to find it within your account overview.

I have now managed to get all devices connected.  

 

This time I simply went through the route to Spotify Support and was directed to reset my password which I had done many times before from all devices at various times and stages to no effect.

This time  it worked and connection to Spotify from all devices is now possible.  

 

It appears no difference in what I was doing before except perhaps I got closer to 'Spotifying' the place where all questions can be answered. 😉

Thank you for replying.  I was completely frustrated.  Now by doing exactly the same as I was doing before but just starting from a different link within the Support area it has worked.
