I used a yahoo account to sign up for spotify. I forgot my password in yahoo an I can no longer retrieve its password. I cannot locate the reset password in the yahoo account that was sent to that said email because I cannot login to that account. The subscription for that account is a premium account. I want to transfer that subscription to my new gmail account but it is just a free account.

If you've lost access to your Premium account and you can't reset the password, you'll need to contact our Support team.

You can give them a shout via Twitter or Facebook. They'll be able to track down the account and help you out as soon as possible.
