Login failed

When i opened the spotify app today (which i don't log out from at all) it logged out on its own and when i tried logging in with my facebook account (which is what i really use to log in) it says "log in failed you can only use spotify abroad for 14 days" i'm so confused because i haven't been abroad and it just came out of nowhere when it was working fine just a few hours earlier

Do you or have you used a VPN? If you go to your Account page on the Spotify website, what is your country listed as? What country do you actually live in?

Could you please log in to your account here, and check if the country there is correct? If it isn't please tell me!

If it is correct, do you live near a border? Do you use a VPN? Your country corresponds to your IP address. If your IP is from another country, Spotify will think you are there.
