Login failure for your PAYING customer for YEARS!!!

I'm so sick of this paying for a service and can't login! I would consider this stealing. I'm going to report this to the better business bureau if this is not fixed.

I'm a software architect and I know its VERY easy to design or fix authentication/logins to work smoothly. Ridiculous I've seen posts of this going on for YEARS (almost 5 that I can tell). Still to this day the support forums are FILLED with people that can't login. This simply shows that Spotify does not care about their customers as long as they can bill their cards.

Why is this STILL happening Spotify?
