Help I cannot login. I don't remember my password. When I ask for a new pasword i don't get a email......

I suggest you contact support so they can take a look at your account and help you with this:

For the Spotify username box, enter either the username on the account, or the email on the account

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it.

Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
