Login in/Abroad for more than two weeks/New country not on the list

Hello,

I created my free account while living in Belgium. I am now in Senegal for several months and just got 408 error message.

I have tried to change my country from my account (impossible) and also from the list of countries on main page (Senegal not on the list).

Could the issue be that Spotify cannot be accessed from Africa?

Many thanks for your help,

Gabriela

Hey @gabrielamatei,

Unfortunately, Spotify is currently not available in Senegal.

You can find a list of countries where Spotify is available here: https://support.spotify.com/account_payment_help/subscription_options/full-list-of-territories-where...

Hope this helps. 🙂

Many thanks, Maxim. I was hoping that because I created my account in Belgium, it would be possible to continue using it.

Good news!

Spotify is now available in Senegal. If you find yourself in this country again in the future you will now be able to use Spotify more easily.
