Login problem premium account

I’ve tried to log in with my personal e-mail account for my Spotify premium account, but every time it said that I use a false password or username. But when I ask for a password reset with an email with my username and a link to reset your password it said I need to login with Facebook. However when I am logging in with Facebook it immediate create a new free account, but I won’t get my premium account back.
