Login problem - resetting the password

Login problem - resetting the password

Dear community members,

 

I have been suffering from a problem that makes me crazy for two days. Let me describe it step by step:

  • Yesterday, when I logged in to my account on desktop, it suddenly logged me out (then I tried again and again but it was all the same)
  • Then I tried to reset my password. I submitted my e-mail address but right after it, I saw the message: The email address you provided is not associated with an active Spotify account.
  • Then I submitted my username to reset my password but I did not receive any mail from Spotify.
  • I should note that the same stuff happened to me around ten days ago (16 October, 2017) and submitting my e-mail to the form, I resetted my password.

 

I tried to describe my problem above. Really it will be painful without Spotify.

Hey eeyagli! 

In this particular instance, I would redirect you to a link to Contact Spotify without logging in, please make sure your logged out of your community account and any spotify programs I’d suggest you open it in a incognito window or private Window.

Use an email for the support to reach you and also the emails/usernames of the account in question. In addition, please provide details to prove that the account is yours. For example, how you pay the subscription (Card/PayPal/Pre-Paid/Mobile) If you pay per card, please include the last 4 digits, in order to help speed up your enquiry.

If you have a address or date of birth on the account please include that so the account can be discussed with you for Data Protection Reasons.
