Login problem

Hi

My daughter forgot her password on the account, the email address she was using was an school email address that has now been cancelled. So she can not reset her password as the email address can  not be opened. Does anyone have any ideas on what she can do apart from starting a new account, then she would lose her music.

In this particular instance I would encourage you to reach out to support through the anonymous contact form. So long as you are entirely logged out of Spotify.com (alternatively, you can access the form through an incognito window/private browsing) the form will allow you to use an email of your choosing for correspondence.
