My Question or Issue
I can not log in my account anymore all of a sudden. I asked for a new password, but I did not receive a confirmation e-mail. I believe that this mail went to my previous internet provider. I changed a long time ago so I have no access to that mailbox anymore. My account is premium family, so there are several users without service even though I pay for it. What can I do now? I made this free account to ask for help. How can I recover my account, my playlists & my favorites? What will the family members have to do?
