My Question or Issue
I can not log in my account anymore all of a sudden. I asked for a new password, but I did not receive a confirmation e-mail. I believe that this mail went to my previous internet provider. I changed a long time ago so I have no access to that mailbox anymore. My account is premium family, so there are several users without service even though I pay for it. What can I do now? I made this free account to ask for help. How can I recover my account, my playlists & my favorites? What will the family members have to do?

In this situation, the best thing to do is reach out to our customer support teams through one of the channels here. Explain what has happened and they should be able to help you change the email associated with your original Premium Family account, after verifying you as the rightful owner.
