Login problems, facebook account

Hey!

Since yesterday, I can't seem to login. I have my spotfiy account connected to my facebook account, but when I click "Login with facebook" (on the web) it says "It seems like you already have a spotfiy account connected to <my emailaddress>". How should I interpret this? I can't login with this emailaddress + my password the ordinary way either, I have always used facebook. Has anyone experienced anything similar?

Also, when I try to login on the desktop client with my facebook account, it opens up a new white browser page when the text "Spotify desktop client communication failed.", so yeah I have no idea whats going on. I have also tried to change my password, but since I used facebook-login it just referes me to change my facebook credentials(which I also have now, in case I got hacked or something)
