My Question or Issue

 

I try to link my daughters account with your facebook account for the 1st time. 

I get the following message on Windows 10, 

"Oops, something went wronig, plase try again or check out our testing help area"

 

On Android i get

"We encountered an error during signup. Our sign up servers seem to have failed. We're working on it.

 

Please advise.

If you are trying to create a brand new account using a Facebook profile, look here. If you already have an account and would like to have it linked to Facebook, go to the settings within the Spotify app and go to the Social section where you can link a Spotify account to your Facebook profile. If the wrong Facebook profile has been linked to a Spotify account, look here.

 

If you started a Premium for Family subscription and would like to invite family members, keep in mind that every user needs his or her own personal account which you will invite for the family plan. These accounts can be created with or without Facebook but it's important they are created before you try to attempt to add a family member to your plan.
