Login to premium - forgotten password, invalid e-mail

Hi all, I am a Spotify Premium-user but cannot log in to my account as I can't remember my account password and the e-mail address on the account has expired (can't get to the e-mail account either). However, I am yet constanty paying for the Premium subscription. How can I get to my account? FB does not work.
