I have a premium account but I can’t remember any of info, is there a way I can get into that account

Is this an facebook account or a Spotify original account?

If it's a facebook account used to login to Spotify then it's not Spotify's issue, you need to contact facebook for that.

If it's an Original Spotify account then contact support here: https://www.spotify.com/uk/about-us/contact/contact-spotify-support/?contact

They will need to take extra security details, which this is something that you and them can't discuss on the forums.

If I have my credit card linked to an account can I find that account that way?

I'm afraid you can't. It can only be accessed through facebook and or Spotify itself.
