Login with Facebook vs. Not

When I log in from my home laptop, I have certain playlists saved, but when I log on at work through Facebook, it did not save my playlists so I created different ones. Is there a way to sync all of my information, so I only have to log in through Facebook from now on?

Also - at home I have Premium, at work through Facebook it says I have the free version.

Hello, @funnigurl13! I'm not quite sure if I understood that correctly but... Are you definitely using the same credentials to login at work as you use at home? It seems like you have two separate accounts. Try logging in using standard username & password (not your e-mail address) at work and see if that works for you.

You're right - it does appear I have two accounts - one through a username and one through Facebook. Strange, they both go to the same email address.

Is there any way for me to merge what's on one account to the other? Or is the only way to disable the link to Facebook and scratch that account?

I think that it'd be possible to deactivate your Facebook account and then connect the old account to your Facebook via this link. To deactivate that separate account, you will need to get in touch with the customer services team using the online contact form and they will be able to get this sorted out for you. If you get an automated reply directing you back to the community or to the help pages, make sure to reply to it directly.
