Casual Listener

Basically, my account has decided to screw with me today. Two huge things have happened, this morning, I woke up with my playlist with downloaded songs going from having 240 songs to 10. This really freaked me out because all my **bleep** just disappeared. And when I tried to add more music on, I would physically see it delete itself and I didn't know what to do.


And even better, my account randomly decided to log off and for some reason, I can't log back into it, I've tried reseting my password and apparently the username and email I used, isn't associated with an active account. What the **bleep**?


Furthermore, I tried looking through this community **bleep** for answers, which hasn't helped at all, and apparently I could log into here fine, but couldn't on my iPhone 5s. Then when I looked at my account details on here, the website crashed. This happened 6 times.


I seriously need help guys. Spotify has literally became my life and I don't appreciate it screwing with me!

Let's try to figure this out. Can you follow these steps for us?


  • Check your subscription page. Your status should be Premium.
  • If you're on Premium, try signing out and back into the app.
  • If it says Free, check the receipt we send to your email inbox. Make sure you're signing in with the username on that receipt. If the username on your receipt is a 10 digit number, please sign in with your Facebook login details.

Once you've access your account, follow these steps to refresh your offline devices:


  1. Log in to your account page on our website and click Offline devices in the menu on the left.
  3. Reinstall the app with the steps here.
  4. Save your offline tracks again.
