If you are trying to login from the mobile or desktop app, could you try reinstalling the app and trying again following these steps? You could also try using a different internet connection to see if that makes a difference.
If you are logging in through the browser - could you try doing this using another browser or incognito mode? Trying a different internet connection could help to see if the error message is still showing as well.
