Question or Issue

 I am a Starbucks partner and everytime I try to log in to my premium it says something went wrong and to try again later. How do I fix this ?

Hey @Faithshort, and welcome to the community.

Hope you're doing great!

 

If you are trying to login from the mobile or desktop app, could you try reinstalling the app and trying again following these steps? You could also try using a different internet connection to see if that makes a difference.

 

If you are logging in through the browser - could you try doing this using another browser or incognito mode? Trying a different internet connection could help to see if the error message is still showing as well.

 

If you're still having trouble after following these steps, could you send me a screenshot of an error message being shown? Please hide sensitive info when posting to the community
