Long-time Subscriber, paid up, but got booted to free

All of a sudden I'm getting advertisements. I logged on and it said I have a free account instead of the premium that I'm paying for. I checked my payment history and it has been wiped clean. I checked my credit card and a payment was made no more than 10 days ago.
