Loss of account details

I've lost all my account details/password, I can't even remember which email I used but I'm scared I'll start getting charged after my free trial ends. How do I tell spotify to not take money from my bank account with only bank details and no spotify user details.

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

No need to worry, if you get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form including any email addresses you may have used to create the account they will be able to lend a hand to track it down and cancel it for you.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
