Lossless / FLAC question

Hi,

I've never been a spotify paid user, nor have I used spotify - but I recently read that spotify is starting a new tier of service with lossless streaming.  Is there any truth to this?  If so, do you have a planned release date?

Also, I find this to be an odd method for official support.

If its the wrong place to ask this type of question, my apologies, please point me to the proper direction.

Hey @TStarkMark46,

A Spotify spokesperson said the following a few days ago, "We are always testing new products and offers but have no news to share at this time."

Spotify has announced that later this year lossless quality is coming and it will be called Spotify HiFi
