Lost FAVORITES after premium upgrade

It was problematic to upgrade to premium but finally got it to upgrade. Beautiful then discovered all my Favorites are gone. All my pre-existing playlists were intact. Recover link did not have them. Un- and reinstalled SPOTIFY on ALL devices. Still missing. I have read here, "you may have two accounts" So why are all my original playlists available but not favorites? Where are they if there is another account? Hoew to find "second account"? Frustrating....

Hey there @tmonjar,

This sounds very odd.

Can you please go to the playlists tab and look for a playlist called "Liked Songs" and see if your favorite songs are there ?

In addition to that, you can look for the "Songs" sections to search for saved songs.

Thanks @onebyboo  Unfortunately there is no Favotrites in my Playlists. When I go to Songs it lists all my songs I have saved but no Favorites list.

Interesting @OneByBoo  I did a search for Favorites and Favorite Playlist shows up. It is found! Now wondering how to get it into my Library?
