Lost Playlists, ChangedCountry

I've just changed the payment method for my Spotify Premium after my last method expired (previously used a Vodafone annual payment linked to my phone contract, now paying monthly). However I've also moved country since I last paid for Spotify.

 

Having just paid for my account I am missing all my playlists/friends/followers. I've tried recovering playlists, but this did not help as it stated "You haven't deleted any playlists". Having been a Premium Spotify user for a few years I have a considerable number of playlists I do not wish to lose.

 

I tried sending a request to Spotify for assistance and an online webchat was pretty useless, it kept accusing me of using the wrong account - which isn't the case as I know I'm on the correct spotify email/username. It then asked me to share some of my email addresses and playlist names, which I did and it was still unable to find my playlists. I've searched and seen this issue come up many times over the years but never a solution. Many Thanks,
