Lost Playlists

I have been a happy premium member for several years now, amassing quite a collection of playlists.

On June 27th, 2018, they disappeared. Replaced by a single playlist of foreign rap songs I've never heard of?? Was my account hacked?

I was able to retrieve a few of my playlists through the "recover playlists" feature but some are even missing from that??

Thoughts? Suggestions?
