Lost Playlists

Lost Playlists

a friend of mine signed up for the advanced version where you can play it on your phone bc we went on a long road trip and wanted music for it, but we used my phone to play it on, now when I came back all my playlists are erased. Can we do something about this? I must have had at least 20 of them.

Are you sure you are logging into the correct account?

It sounds like you might have accidentally created and logged into a duplicate one.

Try following the steps outlined in this post and see if they can get you back into your original account.

If not, there is a link in that post to get in touch with the Spotify team directly and their team are the best people to get it fixed for you.
