Lost a playlist

Hello and nice to meet you!

 

I've been a Spotify user for some time now and just noticed one of my playlists disappeared.  I did not delete it and was just using it yesterday.  Just trying to see how I can get that back asap.

Hi, something really similar has happened to me. I made a playlist yesterday, offline, and now it is not there- any help would be FAB.

Hi Catherine 🙂 

 

Are you using Spotify on your computer or a mobile device? 

Also, is the playlist still on your account, just not available in offline mode?

Thanks for your quick response. I've been using a computer (Mac), and it is now online- but the playlist isn't there.

Sorry, so I mean the playlist isn't there on the account at all, as far as I can see- online or offline

Yes all of my other playlists are there

It sounds like the playlist has either had some error in saving or has been deleted by accident. 

I would suggest you pop the name of the playlist onto the official playlist recovery topic and hopefully a member of the Spotify team will be able to restore that for you next time they are online.

I managed to delete a playlist (or should I say my graceful cat managed too).  Anyways, is there any way to recover a playlist that has been deleted?

Have a read at the official playlist recovery topic for instructions on how to recover your playlist. There is a form in the 3rd bullet point, if you fill it in a member of the Spotify team will restore it for you the next time they are online 😉
