Lost access to Facebook

I no longer have access to the facebook account that was linked to my spotify account.

If it weren't by the playlists I have created on the other account I could care less. But now that I can not access spotify anymore I would like a way to either transfer all my playlists to a new account or a way to cancel my subscription that so far has seemed impossible to do due to my inability to access facebook.

Any help would be really appreciated.

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

You will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to cancel your Facebook account subscription, and copy all those playlists over to your new account for you after verifying a few private security details to prove you are the account owner. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
