Lost access to my Premium account...help!

I've had Spotify for a long time, signed up by email address. I bought Premium about 1 yr ago.

Recently I noticed someone had taken over my account because there was often music in other languages playing mysteriously on my account an being added to playlists, and appeared to be linked to a random facebook page that is not me.

I decided to join my account to my facebook thinking this might make it more secure. Instead, Spotify reset my account when I linked it to Facebook, so now i only have the Free account.

I cannot access my Premium account, cant find any option to unlink as Spotify thinks I started my accont via Facbook now. I am so frustrated, any advice on regaining my Premium account??

And, is there any way to actually talk to a Spotify staff as  I am sure they would be able to do something on their end to fix this glitch?

About your issue, I'd like to know if when you try to log in your account, you set the Facebook option or you continues using your email to do it?
