Lost access to premium account

Hi, 
I cannot login to my premium account anymore. No email works. Do not know which email it could be, I am guessing it is my mom’s email which we no longer have access to either.
i do not want to be charged. It is due to be charged today or tomorrow.

Please help.

If you can’t think of the email address associated with your Spotify Premium account to enter into in the password reset form, as is suggested in this support article, or no longer have access to the email address associated with your Spotify account, then I would recommend that you contact Customer Support via their anonymous contact form; they'll take a look and do their best to help.

 

Make sure that you are logged out of any Spotify account in your browser when using the anonymous contact form; that way, you can enter the information for the account that you’re having trouble with.
