My Question or Issue

I already have a Spotify Premium account. I was in the car on 6-30-24 and for some reason was asked to login. I must have done that improperly because now Spotify is thinking I am signing up for a new account!  I just want my old account back, which is on autopay and last payment was on 6-17-24. I have no access to my library.

I recommend checking out this FAQ article for some steps on how to locate your primary account.

You can also check your email inhox for receipts from Spotify, as they contain the username of your account.
