yesterday I upgraded my phone from an iPhone XR to a 13 and amidst downloading my old apps I got logged out of Spotify. When I tried to log back in none of my emails or passwords worked and I fear the email I used to create the account might be lost. It is still active on the family plan but there is no way to log in to it. Is there any way I can recover the account and switch the email it’s attached to? I am typing this from a different account on the family plan.

Hope you're doing great!

 

Could you check the emails you own and search for emails sent by Spotify to see which email of yours has your actual Spotify account?

Alternatively you could try resetting password as mentioned here and use that to find the email you used to sign up for Spotify.
