My Question or Issue

My account just dissapeared. I wanted to buy Spotify Premium this summer, but sudenly my account dissapeared, it was attached to *snip* with nickname of [snip - Community Moderator edit] and now when i try to "reset the password" it just simply says "The username or email you provided is not associated with an active Spotify account."

Sadly i've changed my phone, so I cannot use "Find usernames from cache" . I've tried to restore password by email but [snip - Community Moderator edit] .  This picture says that i had an account : . The last time i got something to this email was . Hope this helps.

Based on your screenshots, it sounds like your Spotify account might be disabled.
