Lost all my music after signing in from someone else's laptop

A few days ago I logged in to Spotify via Facebook (having forgotten my password using my username) and all my music (playlists, albums, people/bands  I follow) has been lost! My boyfriend set up a spotify account recently, and it looks like my account synchronised with his when I logged in through his laptop as I only have one playlist that he has created. When he logs into his own account, the same playlist appears. I logged into my Account details and it looks like I now have a free account as well, whereas I had upgraded to a Premium account for at least two years. What can I do to recover my Account? Unfortunately since I've forgotten my password for regular signing in, when I try to reset my password a site by Spotify appears in which it says it looks like I sign in through Facebook, and I can reset my Facebook password. Please help!!
