Lost all my music

Hello Spotify
I have an account ([Snip-Email~Peter]) and i got alot of music
But then i wanted to make a new account on my other mail but i accedently connected it with the same facebook and when i then tryed to log in on my normal Spotify then everything was gone!!!!
all my playlist all my starred tracks... EVERYTHING!!
is there some way i can get it all back?

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

You will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to get everything restored to your new account for you. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.


I am also going to edit out your email address, best to keep those details private 😉
