Lost all my playlists and data

I know this has been answered but I can't work it out.

I got a new phone and my playlists have disappeared. I can still see them on the old phone but not on the new phone.

I have read things baout being logged in twice etc and I have tried all that but I don't get it. Can someone please explain it to me like I am a 6 year old.

I have Family Premium

It looks like no one got back to you, but in case someone else has this question, here's the answer:


It sounds like you might be logged into the wrong account. It's possible to create multiple Spotify accounts, each with their own login details, saved music, and subscription. Please check out this guide to find any other accounts.
