Hi everyone,

I’ve been a Premium user for years. Recently my account was compromised — I saw a suspicious login from Mongolia, immediately changed my password, kept using my account and then a few hours later I lost access, my account got deleted. Spotify Support helped me recover my account, but unfortunately all of my playlists, saved songs, and settings are completely gone.

Support told me they cannot revert the contents due to “security reasons,” but I’ve had this account for a very long time and losing everything is really upsetting.

Is there any way to recover my playlists? Any guidance from others who went through this would mean a lot.
