Lost both email AND spotify passwords

Friend of mine has a problem that is described in the topic. She has a spotify account and cant remember the password. That account is linked with gmail that is not her main email so she doesnt remember that password either and the gmail account doesnt have recovery phone number or email. Yes, she is horrible with passwords. 🙂

So the spotify fee is taken from her account monthly and she cant access the spotify account or recover the password in any way apparently. Is there anything that can be done?

If you get in contact with Spotify support, you should be able to provide them with your credit info so that they can cancel your Premium subscription or even give you access to your account back. The easiest way to contact them is by messaging SpotifyCares on Facebook, Twitter or contact Spotify Consumer Support filling  this anonymous contact form. You will need to answer some questions to confirm your identity.
