Lost control of playlists (account may have been compromised?)

Hi.

I've recently been noticing my playlists and "My music" getting deleted and changed. My first thought was that my account was compromised, so I changed password on Facebook (as my account is tied to Facebook), enabled two-factor authentication, and logged all devices out. I also noted that there was no unusual activity or login on Facebook. Afterwards I logged out all devices on https://www.spotify.com/account/overview/.

 

The problem persists however. I recreated some of my playlists and refollowed a couple of artists, but today they were again deleted, and replaced with something very different.
I am confident that my Facebook account is not compromised (no longer at least), so I'd like to know what the next step is.
