Lost e-mail account and Spotify password and want to upgrade.

Hi!

I have forgotten my Spotify password and the e-mail address I used to sign up to Spotify does not exist anymore.

Therefore I can't change the password. Recently I got a new bank card and my Spotify was down graded to Spotify Free.

I really want to resubscribe for Spotify Premium again but can't do it. I have sent in contact forms to Spotify about this problem,

but I guess they send the answers to the e-mail address that no longer is in use.

How can I get out of this catch-22 situation?

Welcome to the Spotify Community! I can see your Spotify account is connected to your Facebook profile. This means you can also access your account using your Facebook details. Have you tried doing this?
