Lost email address of family account manager

My Question or Issue

We have a Family Spotify account with 4 people. My daughter is the 'Manager' of this account, the other 3 are members. The problem is now that my daughter doesn't remember the email address she created the account with. She also doesn't know the password.

How can we get these back so that we can change anything in the main account?

Thanks for reaching out. I'll try to help.

I'd recommend you try having a password reset with possible email addresses your daughter may own. It might be worth having a quick scan of the email accounts she owns for emails from ‘hello@spotify.com’. That way you can determine which one she used to sign up for Spotify.

Also note there are other ways to log into Spotify such as Apple, Samsung, Google, etc. I'd also recommend checking out this Support article for more info.
