Lost my account.

So I had just reset my PC and nothing is left and I have fully forgotten my email or username i'm not sure what it is, I do that the name of the account what it refereed me to because I had it linked to my discord account if anyone could maybe tell me how I could maybe get my email/username from this account below.

Not really since I don't know the email and I have reset my computer so nothing is left in my files and I never connected to facebook.

I just kinda need it since I don't wanna keep paying for premium.

Thanks for reaching out! 

Have you used your Spotify on your phone? If you did and you have Android, you could be able to retrieve the username from cache. 

Also, have you tried resetting your password by entering possible email addresses that could be associated with your Spotify account? If you have several active ones, you could try with them and check the spam, junk folders to be absolutely sure these aren't linked to your profile.
