Lost my family account members today - why?

Lost my family account members today - why?

Today, which coincides with monthly paid renewal, my family members were erased from my family premium account, and they are now on a "free" subscription, not linked to me anymore. What happened?  Can this be repaired so they get their saved lists back?

Since every Family plan is being migrated to the new conditions, I've read reports of that happening.

You may need to add them again to your plan:

 

1. Go to your account page.

2. Click MANAGE.

3. If necessary, send the invites again.

Eventhough i sent the invites to my family again they cannot join to the plan! 😕 just one of my family members could
