Lost my music while changing payment settings

Lost my music while changing payment settings

my premium account was blocked cause I changed creditcard and the payment didn't succeed. Now I upgraded again to premium but all my music is gone!! Also forgot my password and logged in by facebook, I am afraid something went wrong and maybe 2 accounts are active now. How can I get my music back??

We think that you might have two accounts under the same email address. Don't worry, our Accounts team can take a closer look at this. You can get in touch with them from any of our social media help sites: @SpotifyCares on Twitter and Spotify Cares on Facebook. Just send them a private message with your account's email address and username.
