Lost my original account

Hi there, I set up a Spotify account using Facebook.

I also had this account as premium.

Like a fool I somehow managed to disconnect this from Facebook, making the account effectively disappear.

Is there any way to recover my account, or do I give it up for lost and cancel my premium subscription and start again?
