Lost my premium and all my music with it

Hey guys! I had to make a factory reset on my phone and when I installed my spotify account I was having problems to log in with my fb. I got on the topics here and managed to fix the thing (took forever) but now not only I lost my premium (when I try to get it again it say I used the offer already) I also lost all my music on my library, playlists and even the artists I was following.

Spotify's settings, like playlist, premium and music have nothing in common to the fact that you had to factory reset your phone. Are you sure you're logging in with the right account?

Yes, Im sure is the same account. I tried with both fb loggin and email
loggin just in case, but still the same. I wouldn't bother much about the
music as I can always find everything again, but the premium account its a
pain.

Ye, can feel you. It's a strange thing because the playlist and all that stuff is controlled server-side. So it's kinda strange that ,if the account is the same, your account look like a new one. If you are 100% sure that you logged with right account, I think the only thing you can do is open a ticket here : https://support.spotify.com/us/contact-spotify-support/?
