Lost nick and login password - is there any penalty for missing premium payment

Hello I lost phone with login informations - don´t know account, password even email.

So can´t cancel premium subscription inside account. Is there any penalty? if i just block next monthly payments on my credit card as I don´t have option to login. just to create new account.

Thanks for reaching out.

Spotify will simply try to take the payment a few times and then your account will revert back to the free plan. There's no such thing as a penalty 🙂
