Lost playlist after upgrading to family.

Lost playlist after upgrading to family.

Hi there, after upgrading from Premium to Family the playlist are gone. Can these be recovered

Hey @Mandy1983 Welcome to the Spotify Community!

 

Try looking for them in the recover playlist section.

 

To get there, Go to Spotify.com and sign into your account. Once youre there look on the top right corner and click Profile then Account. After you are taken to the Account Overview, look on the left side. There is a category labeled Recover Playlists. There you can find all the playlist you have lost.

On top of what @Keanu_C said, it sounds like you might’ve accidentally created a second account and signed into that one instead. I'd recommend checking out the FAQ page"Can I create multiple accounts?" here for more info.
