Lost playlist and loss of premium account even though charged

Hi,

 

I have followed the threads but they do not work for me. I have lost my playlists and my premium account. I continue to be charged. What is going on?

Probably best if you contact Customer Support here. We just need to take some security details to get things sorted. Just contact them here.

I have contatced Customer Support on a number of occasions. I get an automated reply telling me to contact the forum. This has been really dragging on now. I only want what I am paying for. On that note, I would like a refund of my last month's subscription please.

I'm really sorry to hear this. I know it sounds strange, but if you reply to those automated responses, your response will come straight through to our team. As I mentioned before, we can't sort anything here as security details are needed, so via email is the only route we can go down.
