Lost playlists and downloaded music

Recently updated my iPhone app and today when opening it asked me to log in.  When i did all of my playlists were gone along with my downloaded files.  I have the family premium offering.

iPhone 7 version :1.11 (15B93)

Spotify App Version: 8.4.45.564

Have logged out and back in, gone offline then online but nothing.  When i log into Spotify on my laptop i get the same in that all my playlists are gone.

Turns out this was a security breach.....all my playlists were deleted, so recovered them in my account, then found a linked device that was none of my own!
